01 — Discovery
We learn how you actually work
A short call. We figure out which parts of your day are repetitive enough for software to handle, and which aren't worth automating yet. No deck, no pitch.
02 — Setup
Your space goes live within a day
You get a private subdomain, your own database, your own admin login. Nothing shared with anyone else. We import your existing customers if you have a CSV.
03 — Use it
Predictable monthly billing
One Direct Debit. No per-seat surcharges. Updates and hosting included. Cancel any month — your data is exported on the way out.

Will it work for my specific business?
We build the products listed above for whole industries (window cleaning, electrical, gardening). If your business doesn't fit one of those, we also do bespoke — same monthly model, designed around how you actually work. The 20-minute call tells us which.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You own your data. On cancellation we export everything to CSV and email it to you, then permanently delete from our servers within 30 days. No "data hostage" pricing.
How long does setup actually take?
For our standard products, your tenant can be live the same day once we have the basics from you. If you have an existing customer list in a spreadsheet we'll import it for free. Bespoke builds vary by scope — we'll give you an honest estimate on the call.
Do I get charged per user?
No. Each tier has a generous user allowance built in (typically 1–5 depending on product). If you outgrow it, the next tier kicks in — never per-seat invoices that creep up.
Where is my data hosted?
Entirely in the UK on infrastructure we run ourselves. Daily encrypted backups, SSL on every subdomain, GDPR-compliant. No third-party "AI" vendors get your customer data.
Who do I contact when something goes wrong?
A real person, in the UK, who built the software you're using. Email or phone, business hours.
